Introduction

LittleApps Inc. (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how YadoSearch (“the app”) handles information.

Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information. The app has no accounts, no sign-in and no advertising, and it does not build a profile of you.

Location

The app reads your device’s location only when you search for inns around you. The coordinates are used to run that search, and Apple’s reverse geocoding turns them into a place name. Your location is never sent to us.

Searching for inns

A search goes to a proxy we run (api.yadosearch.ngs.io), which asks Jalan Web Service and Rakuten Web Service on the app’s behalf.

The request carries your search conditions — an inn name, coordinates, area codes, filters, stay dates — and, as with any request on the Internet, your device’s IP address. We use them only to answer the request and to keep the service running securely; we do not use them to identify you, and we do not sell or share them.

iCloud

Your favourites, the inns you have looked at and your past searches are stored on your device and, if you are signed in to iCloud, synced to your own private iCloud account. That data lives in your iCloud account, which we cannot access. See Apple’s Privacy Policy for how iCloud handles your data.

Links to booking pages use an affiliate programme (ValueCommerce). Opening one goes through a ValueCommerce redirect in the browser and lands on Jalan net or Rakuten Travel. What those services do with your information is governed by their own privacy policies.

Analytics and Tracking

We do not use any analytics services, tracking technologies, third-party SDKs or advertising networks. Your usage of the app is completely private.

Children’s Privacy

The app does not collect information from users of any age, including children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
